9 Account Closure & Suspension

Oke25 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or caused harm to the platform or other members.

Members may also request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the oke25 customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, and any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member's registered bank account upon completion of verification.

• Accounts suspended pending investigation will not have access to funds until the investigation is concluded.
• If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated and access to funds will be restored.
• Members whose accounts have been closed due to a violation are not permitted to re-register using the same or a different identity.

10 Liability Limits

The oke25 platform is provided "as is" and oke25 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, data accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, oke25 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.

• Oke25 is not liable for losses caused by technical disruptions beyond our control, including third-party network failures.
• Any game outcome affected by a connection disruption on the user's end will not be automatically voided.
• Oke25 bears no responsibility for any taxes or charges that may be imposed by local authorities on users' wins.

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall first be resolved through oke25's internal channels, and if unresolved, referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
